It is beneficial for general blemishes and can be used on localised breakouts such as acne, rosacea, perioral dermatitis and seborrhoeic eczema. It calms inflammation and gives a noticeable improvement on breakouts after a short time. Preferably recommended in the evening, but can be used morning and evening when there are many breakouts. Regular use of SOS Paste can prevent the formation of new breakouts of spots, rosacea and perioral dermatitis, and seborrhoeic eczema. Frequency should be reduced when breakouts have disappeared, to preventive use 2–3 evenings a week. It is recommended to use in combination with Niactil 4% to further counteract any dryness. Active ingredients • Sulphur (10%): Has an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, sebum-regulating and gentle peeling effect. Treats spots and inflammation, but also has a soothing effect on irritated and red skin such as rosacea breakouts, perioral dermatitis and seborrhoeic eczema. • Succinic acid (2%): Has an exfoliating, pH-regulating and clarifying effect on the skin. It works in a similar way to salicylic acid, but is less irritating and drying to the skin.
